All be.boosted fellows undergo four to five months of intense training in leadership skills, effective communication, networking, negotiation, personal development, and value-based leadership.

Since 2013, the WorldMUN program has been shaping fellows in rhetoric, group dynamics, and negotiation. Our goal is to empower students and young professionals to discover their individual value-based leadership styles through practice opportunities while emphasising the practical application of politics and diplomacy on a global stage.
Over five months of intensive training, our fellows acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to excel, which they can put into practice at renowned events like LIMUN and Harvard WorldMUN in Manila. In preparation for these conferences, we will grant valuable political insights into Taiwan’s current political situation and global diplomacy.

OFFLINE 1
06. - 08. December in Munich
Offline 1 will take place in Munich at the beginning of December. It's a weekend dedicated to practising speech giving, including voice modulation, rhetorical devices, stage presence, and body language. Furthermore, it's about finally meeting the team in person and building personal connections. We will try accommodating you at peers and be boosted alumni living in Munich.

JOINT OFFLINE 2
03. - 05. January in Berlin
Offline 2 will be a joint Offline of both student teams – LIMUN & WorldMUN – taking place in Berlin at the beginning of January. Our focus will be on acquiring and refining negotiation skills. Additionally, we will have a joint MUN mock-up, where you can test a personal strategy and will receive individual advice and feedback from your trainers and our alumni.

Branding - Strategy - Group Dynamics - Halfway Reflection
OFFLINE 3
31. January - 02. February in Berlin
Offline 3 will take place in Munich at the beginning of February. The primary focus of this session will revolve around effectively addressing various group dynamics, exploring networking opportunities, and collaboratively devising a strategy for WorldMUN alongside your fellow double delegate. Participating in this session will prepare you for the MUN in Manila and provide valuable political insights into the Philippines’ current political situation.

21. - 23. February (tbc) in London
At the London International MUN (LIMUN), you will meet 1000+ students from the UK and other parts of Europe to discuss and find solutions for current hot topics in world politics. A few weeks before, you will be assigned to a committee (you can choose beginners or intermediate) and a country to represent. You get to prepare a position paper and an opening speech, both of which we will practise together. Everything afterwards is up to you, so you get to apply and test what you have learned during the programme. Our trainers will accompany you and are there to talk strategy, support you and provide feedback!
This is your chance to experiment and practise for Harvard WorldMUN. Besides the committee sessions, there will be social events, awards, and a big gala dinner that you don’t want to miss!

LIMUN Reflection - WorldMUN Prep
HARVARD WORLDMUN
16. - 20. March in Manila
Harvard WorldMUN is a unique experience you won’t forget. Each year, in a different city on the globe, 1000+ students come together for five days of extensive MUNing. 1-2 months before, you will be assigned to a committee (inspired by the real UN committees), including 1-2 specific topic(s) and the country you will represent in the committee. Together with your double delegate from the be.boosted team, you will prepare the country’s position, aiming to persuade the other delegates to include your key propositions in the final resolution through effective speech giving, negotiation and inclusive leadership. WorldMUN typically takes place in mid-March. The next edition will be in Manila from the 16th to the 20th of March 2025.

For the first time in 2015, and continually since 2018, be.boosted has expanded to two programs. Like the WorldMUN team, the LIMUN team aims to empower students and young professionals, allowing them to discover their individual value-based leadership style. This year, for the first time, there will be a third team aimed at young professionals. More information on this will follow soon.
Through five months of rigorous training in rhetorics, group dynamics, and negotiation, our fellows develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel, which they can practice at the LIMUN conference.
Beyond MUN, Team LIMUN's specific focus is ‘boosting others’. Therefore, the fellowship culminates in a workshop challenge, where our fellows put their acquired skills into practice by designing and running workshops in cooperation with a social enterprise.

29. November - 01. December in Berlin
The first offline for Team LIMUN will take place in Munich. For one weekend, we will explore the pillars of effective communication and practice techniques for improving voice, body language, and stage presence. Beyond that, we’ll have plenty of time for team bonding and kick-off work on the boost:others challenge. We will try accommodating you at peers and be.boosted alumni living in Munich.

04. - 06. April in Munich
For Team LIMUN, the journey doesn’t end with MUNing: in our final challenge, you will be given the opportunity to step into the role of a Trainer. In small groups, you‘ll work together to devise your own workshops on public speaking and negotiation, drawing on the skills and knowledge acquired during your fellowship. In cooperation with partnering social enterprises, you’ll then deliver your workshops. Our aim is for the workshops to reach individuals for whom participation in „traditional“ leadership programmes is, for whatever reason, infeasible. Through the boosting:others challenge, you’ll not only deepen your own learning experience. More importantly, you‘ll actively contribute to making training in crucial skills like public speaking and negotiation accessible to a wider audience.

Be.boosted is committed to offering two programs solely for students as part of the be.boosted fellowship: Team WorldMUN and Team LIMUN. Team WorldMUN took place for the first time in 2013, and Team LIMUN expanded the be.boosted Fellowship initially in 2015. Since 2018, both Teams have been continuously offered yearly, providing students with consistent opportunities to enhance their skills and experiences.
Both programs offer extensive and comprehensive training over five months, covering various skills, including rhetoric, group dynamics, negotiation, leadership, and more. This thorough preparation ensures that our students are well-equipped for the challenges ahead. The programs vary by the number of offline weekends and their final challenges.
Team WorldMUN has three Offlines and participates in the Model United Nations in London (LIMUN) and the Harvard WorldMUN in Manila.
Team LIMUN has two Offlines, participates in LIMUN and organises its own workshop called Boosting.Others in cooperation with a non-profit organisation.
