At be.boosted, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment where all fellows and applicants are valued and empowered. We believe that diversity in backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives enriches our community and fellowship programs.

“As we strive to shape future global leaders, we see it as our responsibility to foster inclusive leadership. Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion ensures that every voice is not only heard but valued, reflecting our dedication to creating a truly supportive community.”

Our DEI strategy house

Be.yourself is our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, encompassing six interdependent strategic objectives visualized through the DEI Strategy House. Set to be implemented over three years, this comprehensive plan ensures that our commitment to DEI is woven into the fabric of our organization. We regularly review and update our strategy to remain responsive and effective in fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
